1. Payment by Credit Card or Debit Card

Complete all the necessary details in the form, including your credit card details and signature (same as in your passport and credit Card), for making payment through MasterCard, American Express, Visa, JCP, and Union. You can download the form (PDF version ) here. After completing the form, e-mail it to us. Nabil Bank will charge your credit card on behalf of Mystic Adventure Holidays if you are paying the deposit that way. Click here

Please be aware that clients should pay the bank service charge themselves at the time of deposit.

Do know that the Company will not be responsible for any loss or delay during the transfer process. After you arrive in Kathmandu, please pay us the difference if the money we received was less than the stated amount due to the mediator bank or any other issue. Do email us the bank reference number or remittance slips after you have deposited the booking amount. Sometimes the bank forwards the money with a changed name, If we have the reference number/remittance slips and sender details, it will be easy for us to check.

4. Western Union 

We found that, in some countries, it’s difficult to transfer payments via banks and credit cards. In such a case, we can also accept payments via Western Union as well. The details for the Western Union transfer are:

5. Final Payment/Acceptance of Booking/Client Details

The final payment is made after you arrive in Nepal (before the beginning of the trip). You can make the payment by bank transfer, cash, or Credit or Card (Visa, American Express, JCP, MasterCard, and Union Pay).

Our best advice is to have at least two to three months of preparation time before the commencement of the trip. It will give us enough time to ensure the maximum safety and satisfaction of the client. And allow us to arrange all the necessary documents related to the trip.
