Phase 1: Meet up at Tribhuvan International Airport domestic terminal

A representative from Mystic Adventure Holidays will receive you at the domestic terminal at Tribhuvan International Airport. If you need, we can also pick you up from the hotel and drive you to the airport.

*Note: Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour begins early in the morning. The flight time from Kathmandu is usually around 6:30 am to 7:00 am. Depending upon the weather conditions, the flight may fluctuate. Our pilots make sure to thoroughly inspect the helicopter before each take-off.

Phase 2: Flight briefing with captain introduction and boarding

Shortly, you will meet the flight instructor, who will brief you about the guidelines and safety during the flight. After the briefing, our pilot will say hello to you, and the boarding process will begin. If you have any questions, do not hesitate and feel free to ask during the briefing.

Altitude: 5,644m

You will fly high from Lukla airport towards Kala Patthar, a popular viewpoint. It will take approximately 15 minutes to get there. You will be flying above 5,500 meters. You will fly over Namche Bazar and see lovely streams and rivers below.
