You will land at the Tribhuvan International Airport, where one of our representatives will welcome you. He will take you to the hotel and help you settle in. There's nothing much planned for the day, so take your time and relax. 

Spend the evening exploring the streets of Thamel. Later, join a welcome dinner organized by the company and meet with other team members.

After having breakfast, you will meet with the tour guide today. He will quickly brief you about the places and the activities the tour involves. The guided tour begins from Swayambhunath, also known as the Monkey Temple. Located at a hilltop, this monument offers a beautiful view of Kathmandu. From here, you will drive to the holy Pashupatinath Temple, a huge Hindu temple. At the back of the temple is the sacred Bagmati river. Locals here also do cremation rituals. 

Further, the tour leads to the largest stupa in Nepal, Boudhnath Stupa. The vibe around this monument is divine and soothing. And the last monument you will visit today is Kathmandu Durbar Square, an old royal residence. The durbar square is a famous spot among locals and tourists. You will explore palaces, courtyards, museums, shrines, and temples.

Today, you will take a long drive to Lumbini. It is the birthplace of Lord Gautam Buddha. The drive will be scenic, and you will see beautiful hills, rivers, and settlement areas. Upon reaching Lumbini, we will help you to move to a hotel, and you can rest for the day.

Lumbini has this very unique tranquility in its air. The city is warmer than Kathmandu and located in the Terai region of Nepal. After a delicious breakfast, you will visit Maya Devi Temple. In front of the temple is the holy Pushkarani pool, where the queen is believed to have taken a bath before giving birth to Buddha. 

The tour then takes you to Ashoka Pillar and takes a peaceful walk in the holy garden. Later, visit several monasteries built by different countries.

Time to leave for another famous place in Nepal, Chitwan. This place is very famous for wilderness retreats. From Lumbini, it takes approximately 3 to 4 hours to drive and reach Chitwan. Spend the rest half of the day exploring around the hotel. 

In the evening, you will visit an indigenous village where you will get introduced to Tharu culture and tradition. You will get welcome with their intriguing stick dance, traditional attires, and smiling faces.

Wake up early in the morning if you want to catch a gorgeous sunrise from the shore of a river. After breakfast, you will visit Chitwan National Park. The first activity you will do here is Elephant or Jeep safari. During the safari, you will go deep into the forest and get to see wildlife like one-horned rhino, Bengal tiger, deer, wild boar, pheasants, peacock, etc. 

Likewise, you may also get to see exotic birds. Later, you will be part of the elephant bathing. If you want to be more adventurous, then go canoeing. Visit crocodile and elephant breeding centers.

Before leaving for Pokhara, you can go bird-watching. It will be a peaceful walk in the jungle. Later, have breakfast and get ready to drive to Pokhara. The drive will be fantastic. You will see stunning scenery during the drive. 

The rolling green hill one after another with terraced fields and a rushing river will keep your company throughout the drive. Spend the evening exploring Lakeside Market.

Today, you will wake up early in the morning and drive to Sarangkot. It is a popular place for paragliding and offers a beautiful view of Pokhara and the surrounding mountains. If you want to do paragliding, let us know in advance, and we will arrange it for you (additional charges apply). 

After lunch, you will visit other places like Davis Falls, Bat Cave, Gupteshwor Cave, etc. Likewise, there are many attractive lakes situated around Pokhara, where you can visit. In the evening, witness sunset at Phewa Lake and end the day with a delicious dinner.

How can we let you go without giving you a taste of hiking in Nepal? Located nearby Pokhara, Dhampus is an excellent hiking trail that will let you unwind and relax. The trail ascends along the forested path and small villages. The views of mountains like Fishtail, Annapurna, Lamjung Himal, etc will be phenomenal along the route.

Another long scenic drive, and you will get back to Kathmandu. You can enjoy the reading day as per your wish. We recommend you to visit the Garden of Dream located in Thamel. In the evening, meet with the team over a farewell dinner where the trip ends.

Kathmandu

The Kathmandu Chitwan Lumbini Pokhara Tour begins from Kathmandu. During the tour, you will visit different UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The tour involves guided sightseeing of Swayambhunath (the Monkey Temple), Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. You will explore the bustling streets of Thamel and the local market. 


Lumbini

The Kathmandu Chitwan Lumbini Pokhara Tour then takes you to Lumbini. It is the birthplace of Lord Gautam Buddha. Here, you will get to learn about his birth and the place where he was born. The trail ascends through a forested path and lets you enjoy mountain views and remote villages along the way.

You can go on Kathmandu Chitwan Lumbini Pokhara Tour throughout the year. Monsoon and winter may block the views. Difficulty level

Likewise, the hike to Dhampus can get a little tiring because you will walk on a sloppy path, but it's doable. There is no need for any previous hiking experience. Anyone can do a Dhampus hike.


Accommodation and Food

The hotels are equipped with all modern amenities and a good WiFi connection. Excellent services and supportive staff!!

I recommend this traveling agency because they provide excellent tours through Nepal and they are there for you when something goes wrong.
During my stay in Nepal I had some problems and had to go to the Hospital in Kathmandu. Unfortunately I had to stay there for almost 2 weeks. This was nobody's fault, just bad luck. My guide Ram, his colleague Krishna and his brother Saroj made sure I was well taken care of and visited me often. They really 'saved' me and helped me through this rough, lonely times. I am gratefull for that! Their help was so precious and I can't express how much it meant to me.
