I am Mahesh Karki, originally from the Himalayan village of Dhading, Nepal, where I grew up experiencing the mountain lifestyle and developing a deep connection with nature. After moving to Kathmandu for further studies, I became involved in trekking and tourism activities from the beginning of my professional career. I am passionate about making Nepal’s tourism sector more professional and contributing to its growth and development.
Alongside my involvement in tourism, I have a strong interest in IT and computer-related fields. I am currently based in North Carolina, USA, where I am pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business and IT while actively promoting Nepal as a travel destination. I believe my knowledge of business, IT, and tourism can contribute to the modernization and development of Nepal’s tourism industry. I enjoy traveling, exploring new destinations, and capturing the beauty of nature through photography.
