I am Shankar Karki. I am an experienced and government-licensed trekking guide and trip planner from Dhading, Nepal, with over a decade of experience in Himalayan trekking and expedition leadership. My passion for mountains and travel has led me to guide numerous treks, including the Everest Base Camp, Annapurna Circuit, and Langtang Valley.
I am committed to providing safe, authentic, and memorable trekking experiences while sharing Nepal’s rich Himalayan landscapes, cultures, and traditions with travelers. With first aid training, strong communication skills, and extensive knowledge of mountain terrain, I remain calm and responsible even in challenging situations.
