Suman Rai is a professional trekking and mountain guide from Nepal with several years of experience in the Himalayan tourism and mountaineering sector. He began his career as a trekking porter in 2019 and later advanced to become a professional trekking and mountain guide.
Over the years, Suman has gained extensive experience across several Himalayan destinations, including the Manaslu circuit via serang gompa,Langtang gosaikunda, Mardi himal, ABC, Act, Dhaulagiri Round, Sarebung pass, Kangla pass, Nar phu valley, kailash Mansarowar trek Tibet,as well as the Everest region. Via 4 passes Renjo - la, Cho-La, Kongma- la, Amphu-lapcha pass. He has also been involved in mountaineering expeditions, including successful ascents of Mera, Labuche and Island Peak.
With skills in basic mountain navigation, introductory rock climbing, basic mountain rescue, and Level One rock climbing, Suman is committed to providing safe, responsible, and memorable experiences in the Himalayas.
