I am Suman Rai, a professional trekking and mountain guide from Nepal with several years of experience in Himalayan tourism and mountaineering. I began my career as a trekking porter in 2019 and progressed to become a professional guide through hands-on experience and dedication. I have guided trekkers across diverse Himalayan destinations, including the Manaslu Circuit, Langtang Gosaikunda, Mardi Himal, Annapurna Base Camp, Annapurna Circuit, Dhaulagiri Round, Nar Phu Valley, and the Everest region, including the Renjo La, Cho La, Kongma La, and Amphu Lapcha passes.
I have also participated in successful mountaineering expeditions to Mera Peak, Lobuche Peak, and Island Peak. With skills in mountain navigation, basic rock climbing, mountain rescue, and Level One rock climbing, I am committed to providing safe, responsible, and memorable experiences in the Himalayas.
